Bio:

Anne represents plaintiffs in personal injury actions with a specific focus on orthopedic and brain injuries.  In addition, Anne advises and represents clients injured through slip and falls and occupiers liability. Anne is fluent in English and Polish.

  • Negotiating settlements with ICBC (mediation and informal)
  • Drafting (pleadings, settlement proposals, medical chronologies, treatment charts)
  • Calculating wage loss
  • Researching legal issues (including research on non-pecuniary damages)

  • Preparing clients for examination for discovery and conducting examinations for discovery
